Employment Law
Frequently court disputes are not the optimum solution to achieving an individual’s career objectives in an employment relationship. Litigation may hinder a person’s prospects into the future. We strive to assist our clients in achieving a more discreet resolution, thus avoiding unwanted attention arising from a court appearance. Where court is unavoidable we assist and advise employers and employees appearing before the Rights Commissioner, the Employment Appeals Tribunal, Labour Court and in the Circuit Court / High Court.
Our principal Cormac McCarthy has particular expertise in this area of law. He has completed a Masters in Human Resource Strategies at Dublin City University (DCU), and is a member of the Certified Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). He has worked as a human resource consultant in the public sector, and so brings both a practitioner’s and legal perspective to your employment difficulties.
